About us

Our legal services include advice on rights clearance, acquisition of underlying rights, development, structuring and financing extending into all questions relating to the production, distribution and exploitation of Swedish and international co-productions of feature film and television projects. We also give advice on all aspects of commercial film production. In addition to providing customary legal services we provide advice and deep know-how on business affairs matters relating to financing, production and exploitation of film and television productions and other works protected by copyright.

After almost 20 years of experience of the Swedish media- och television business we have an excellent network of contacts with all major parties in the industry including broadcasters, distributors, agents, the guilds and collecting societies. 

We have had the privilege of being the Swedish Film & TV Producers Association’s official external law firm advising the Association and its member companies, being producers and production companies, in various production associated matters since 2006. Since 2017 we are approved by Netflix as being outside production counsels for original productions commissioned by Netflix in Sweden.
